Gooderham & Worts Whisky Price List 2025

History of Gooderham & Worts

Founded in 1832 by James Worts and William Gooderham in Toronto, Gooderham & Worts began as a grain milling and shipping company. By 1837, they ventured into whisky production, eventually becoming one of the largest distilleries globally by the late 19th century. The distillery played a significant role during Prohibition, legally producing whisky in Canada that was smuggled into the U.S. After several ownership changes, the original distillery ceased operations in the 1990s. In 2015, Corby Spirit and Wine revived the brand, introducing the Four Grain Whisky to honor its rich legacy.
